Redstone Commodity Search are working with a major metals and energy producer looking to hire a Physical Steel Trader to join the commercial team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a portfolio of steel trading activities, including sourcing, purchasing, and selling steel products globally.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, and industry stakeholders to expand market presence.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, trading opportunities, and risks.
• Negotiate contracts and manage logistics, ensuring profitable and efficient transactions.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a physical steel trader with a successful track record in international markets.
• Strong network within the steel industry, including suppliers, customers, and logistics providers.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
• Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Italian, German) are a strong advantage.
