Your role in the Team's Success

• Operational oversight of key functions and day-to-day decisions that affect IG Limited
• Drive operational and product delivery to meet agreed objectives
• Partner with the UAE Senior Executive Officer to develop the strategic direction of IG Limited.

What you'll do

• Support the UAE Senior Executive Officer's vision and work towards delivering on agreed objectives.
• Oversee the provision of financial services and any day-to-day decisions that affect IG Limited.
• Effectively engage with external stakeholders including key vendors and industry partners.
• Apply sound decision-making and problem-solving of complex issues in pressure situations.
• Provide leadership within IG Limited to ensure that the Group's Purpose, Values and Strategic Drivers are reflected, role-modeled and actioned.
• Lead the local Executive Committee, engaging around issues, trends, and changes in the operating model and operational delivery.
• Product owner for IG Limited's leverage and non-leverage products.
• Drive acquisition, conversion, first trades and retention for IG Limited.
• Office and facilities planning, implementation, and ongoing management.
• Business continuity management coordinator and designated risk associate for IG Limited.
• Champion a Matrix Management environment which includes:

• Product development, pricing, and marketing strategy.
• Champion the client throughout the client life-cycle.
• Purposeful engagement with senior stakeholders across the group to encourage best practices to be shared/implemented.
• Drive continuous improvement in performance, processes, and local initiatives.
• Engage other members of IG Limited's management team to facilitate cross-department collaboration to ensure that all finance, marketing, sales, and compliance solutions positively support IG Limited's evolving strategy, operational delivery, and data collection needs.

What you'll need for this role

• 4+ years of experience in a similar, highly operational and top-performing role.
• Good analytical skills reflected in your critical thinking, research ability, and comfort in interpreting data.
• Interest in and passion for trading and investing.
• Demonstrable background and experience driving product recommendations and outcomes.
• Sound presentation skills, especially those required for preparing formal presentations and reports, including board packs.
