Senior Operations Manager

We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager to join our dynamic team and lead the operational engine behind our growing success.

Unity Partners is a leading boutique corporate service provider based in Dubai, offering tailored company formation, compliance, and business advisory solutions across Freezones, Mainland, Offshore, ADGM, and DIFC jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance across all business setup verticals.
• Manage high volumes of client transactions with a performance-driven, deadline-oriented approach.
• Supervise and support the operations team to maintain top-tier service quality and productivity.
• Monitor and improve CRM usage to ensure accurate client tracking and smooth onboarding.
• Liaise with UAE Freezones, Mainland authorities, Offshore jurisdictions, ADGM, and DIFC to ensure seamless processing and up-to-date regulatory compliance.
• Work closely with the General Manager to implement operational strategies and process improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in an operations leadership role within corporate services or business setup.
• Strong understanding of UAE Freezones, Mainland, Offshore, ADGM, and DIFC procedures.
• Demonstrated track record managing large transaction volumes within tight deadlines.
• Proficient in CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar) and government portals.
• Excellent organizational skills and a structured, solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
