Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Operations Supervisor to oversee and manage daily operations within our automobile industry operations in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of relevant experience, be capable of managing a team of 40-45 people, and ensure the efficient management of vehicles and personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Management:
   • Lead and supervise a team of 40-45 employees.
   • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.
   • Conduct regular team meetings and provide performance feedback.
   • Foster a positive and productive work environment.
2. Vehicle Management:
   • Oversee the maintenance and operation of all vehicles.
   • Ensure all vehicles are in good working condition and meet safety standards.
   • Coordinate with the maintenance team for regular servicing and repairs.
3. Daily Operations:
   • Plan, implement, and oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow.
   • Monitor operational performance and make necessary adjustments.
   • Resolve any operational issues promptly and effectively.
   • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
4. People Management:
   • Handle recruitment, training, and development of staff.
   • Address and resolve employee concerns and conflicts.
   • Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and performance.
5. Reporting:
   • Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance.
   • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
   • Communicate effectively with senior management regarding operational issues and progress.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the automobile industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in using MS Office and relevant software applications.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
