Job Purpose
Support procurement strategies that align with Modon Holding’s operational goals which involves managing procurement activities, ensuring efficient sourcing and supply chain processes, and contributing to the overall operational and sustainability objectives of Modon Holding.
Qualification:
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, procurement, or a related field is essential.
Experience:
- At least 5+ years in procurement or supply chain management roles.
- Preferably with experience in Real Estate, Engineering, Construction fields.
Roles, Responsibilities, Duties
Operational Support
- Assist in managing procurement operations and activities across Modon Holding.
- Support the procurement team in handling purchase orders.
- Assist in maintaining procurement documentation and records.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather procurement requirements.
Supplier Relationship Management Support
- Support in maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Assist in monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns.
- Support in conducting supplier audits and assessments.
- Assist in implementing improvement plans with suppliers.
Sourcing and Procurement
- Assist in executing sourcing strategies to meet Modon Holding’s operational needs.
- Support in managing the procurement process from sourcing to contract management and supplier selection.
- Assist in preparing and issuing requests for proposals (RFPs) and quotations (RFQs).
Inventory and Supply Chain Management
- Support in managing inventory levels and stock replenishment.
- Assist in monitoring and optimizing inventory and supply chain processes.
- Support in managing inventory controls.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Support in collecting and analyzing procurement data.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management.
- Support in identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Assist in maintaining procurement databases and systems.
Contract Management Support
- Assist in managing the contract lifecycle from drafting to execution.
- Support in reviewing and administering contracts and agreements.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions.
