Effectively acquire, maintain, validate, and store campus employee records in compliance with guidelines provided by central HR Central Services, and provide necessary input to HR Central Services for consolidation.
Provide logistical support for learning interventions on campus.
Distribute and collect learning feedback, and deliver results to central HR for analysis.
Support in handling employee complaints, grievances, and disciplinary actions on campus and direct them to HR Central Services as needed.
Communicate and implement new policy changes as required.
Administer employees’ leaves as well as time and attendance on campus.
Maintain and update staff records of performance appraisal, training, and development profile to ensure the availability of information as needed.
Support with data gathering and compilation, report generation and updates, and coordinate with central HR as required.
Within campus, administer the process for probation completions, contract renewals, acting appointments, transfers, resignations, and terminations and administer end of service benefits and other exit processes for departing employees.
What you need to be successful
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, e.g., Human Resources, Business Management.
Full English and Arabic proficiency is required.
Advanced computer literacy is required, e.g., MS Office, Banner.
Minimum of two years of work experience in the Human Resources field.
