Effectively acquire, maintain, validate, and store campus employee records in compliance with guidelines provided by central HR Central Services, and provide necessary input to HR Central Services for consolidation. Provide logistical support for learning interventions on campus.
Distribute and collect learning feedback, and deliver results to central HR for analysis. Support in handling employee complaints, grievances, and disciplinary actions on campus and direct them to HR Central Services as and when needed. Communicate and implement new policy changes as and when required.
Administer employees’ leaves as well as time and attendance on campus. Maintain and update staff records of performance appraisal, training, and development profile to ensure the availability of information as and when needed. Support with data gathering and compilation, report generation and updates, and coordinate with central HR as and when required.
Within campus, administer the process for probation completions, contract renewals, acting appointments, transfers, resignations, and terminations and administer end of service benefits and other exit processes for departing employees.
