JOB PURPOSE
The Senior Officer Creative Projects is responsible for designing, developing and implementing creative projects, initiatives, and activations for GDMO customers and partners. He/she is expected to ensure these projects, initiatives and activations are in line with the strategic needs of government/semi-government and private entities as well as in line with the Dubai Key Messages, a matrix of communication topics developed in line with the Dubai Vision. The Senior Officer Creative Projects is additionally responsible for supporting the Chief Officer - Activations in growing the Proudly From Dubai portfolio, by adding new businesses as well as new industries. The role holder is expected to demonstrate strong teamwork skills and carry out his/her duties in accordance with the relevant business policies and procedures.

General Responsibilities
- Implement creative projects, initiatives and activations for government/semi-government/private entities and partners.
- Work collaboratively with the Brand Design Executive(s) to ensure all creative projects, initiatives and activations collateral are on-brand.
- Track and report metrics and supporting documents to the Creative Projects Section Head, to support with the monthly KPI reports.
Creative Projects, Initiatives and Activations Development
- Plan and develop creative projects, initiatives and activations to deliver the Dubai Key Messages.
- Working with the Chief Officer Activations, prepare creative projects, initiatives and activation proposals for government/semi-government/private entities and partners.
- Offer suggestions to grow and scale the Proudly From Dubai portfolio through new and existing government/semi-government and private entity relationships.
- Working with the Chief Officer Activations, develop creative projects, initiatives and activation ideas for Proudly From Dubai with government/semi-government/private entities and partners to showcase them in alignment with the Dubai Key Messages.
- Support the Chief Officer Activations with producing creative projects, initiatives and activation proposals, outlining the idea/concept, the resources required, timelines, branding and total investment/price.
- Ensure the timelines for the creative projects, initiatives and activations are aligned with activities within the Communications Calendar created and managed by the Strategic Relations team.
Creative Projects, Initiatives and Activations Implementation
- Arrange timelines and resources with partners/collaborators such as other government entities for the project/initiative/activation.
- Obtain clearance/permits as needed for the projects/initiatives/activations.
- Follow up with the Strategic Relations team and the Social Media and Website team on marketing activities and coverage to amplify the project/initiative/activation.
- Work with content creators/partners to develop content, providing a brief and access to resources (including locations, photos, videos, etc).
- Conduct reces for any outdoor activations, providing written reports and/or photographs and videos to Strategic Planning to share with government/semi-government and private entities as required and/or for other government entities that are also involved as partners/collaborators for the project/initiative.
- Provide on-the-ground support for contractors and partners as needed to implement the Proudly From Dubai activation.
- Provide inputs to the Chief Officer Activations for the post-activation wash-ups with the wider team, including Strategic Relations and Social Media and Website.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
Additional qualifications: proficient with Adobe Creative Suite.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
