Qualifications

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency.
  • Record of accomplishment of fostering collaboration and lasting partnerships.
  • Superior organization skills and ability to complete projects in a timely manner.
  • Knowledge of international higher education systems, preferably the American model.
  • Effectively using interpersonal and communication skills, including tact and diplomacy, and working with individuals from different cultures.

Work Experience

  • Minimum 2 years post bachelor’s degree professional work experience in an organization.
  • Work experience in an organizational setting that is customer facing.
  • A proven understanding of Higher Education.
  • Demonstrable experience of working with groups of students and alumni and strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrable experience of working with employers.
