Senior Network Engineer

Plan, design, and implement network architectures including LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks.

• Configure and deploy network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.

• Provide day-to-day technical support for network infrastructure, including diagnosing and resolving network issues.

• Troubleshoot network outages, connectivity issues, and hardware/software failures in a timely manner.

• Maintain and manage network-related service requests and incidents, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, designs, and system changes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, design, and implement network architectures including LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks.
2. Configure and deploy network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
3. Provide day-to-day technical support for network infrastructure, including diagnosing and resolving network issues.
4. Troubleshoot network outages, connectivity issues, and hardware/software failures in a timely manner.

6. Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, designs, and system changes.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 5+ years of experience working as a Network Engineer or in a similar role.
• Network Administration, Network Engineering, and Network Design skills.
• Troubleshooting and Network Security skills.
• Experience in managing and maintaining networks.
• Experience with network security protocols (firewall configuration, VPNs, IDS/IPS, etc.).
• Experience with cloud network infrastructure and hybrid environments is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols and technologies.
• Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, Aruba Advanced Certification or equivalent.
