Mechanical Drawing Interpretation: Read and interpret mechanical drawings for precise machine setup, assembly, and installation.

Skilled in Operations & Processes: Expertise in cutting, grinding, fitting works, to ensure smooth production processes.

Project Installation & Control: Oversee project installations and operate computerized control dispensing systems for seamless manufacturing operations.

Routine & Preventative Maintenance: Conduct routine and preventative maintenance on machines, ensuring high productivity, consistent quality control, and minimal downtime.

Knowledge in AutoCAD: Reading mechanical drawings in process instruments diagram (PID) and performing assembly, cutting, grinding, fitting, troubleshooting, and project installation tasks.

Predictive Maintenance: Utilize predictive maintenance techniques to anticipate potential machine issues and prevent unplanned breakdowns, enhancing machine longevity.

Manual Interpretation: Read and follow technical manuals and documentation to ensure proper machine operation, installation, and maintenance procedures are adhered to.

Utilize strong knowledge and hands-on experience: In fabrication, welding, and pipeline installation for industrial settings, ensuring precision and high-quality workmanship.
