What you will need to do:
- Assist in the preparation of quality documentation including the Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and in the review of construction documents for compliance with project quality requirements related to Mechanical works.
- Monitor all phases and processes required for the effective completion of all related Mechanical works, particularly issues of design, procurement, construction, and final handover.
- Monitor the implementation of Method Statements and Inspection & Test Plans related to Mechanical works and ensure all necessary records are generated in a timely manner in their area of assigned responsibility.
- Manage the inspection and testing of Mechanical works in their area of assigned responsibilities, including monitoring the work of QC Inspectors under their authority.
- Monitor the closeout of punch lists established for incomplete related to Mechanical works.
- Monitor all measurement & testing instruments employed for Mechanical works to ensure they are functional and calibrated.
- Liaise and coordinate with 3rd Party Testing/Inspection Companies as required related to Mechanical works.
- Conduct statistical analysis and evaluation of test data related to Mechanical works.
- Prepare files and maintain test/inspection records and any other quality records generated related to Mechanical works.
- Assist construction personnel to identify and resolve problems and potential or actual nonconformances related to Mechanical works.
- Advise the QC Manager of nonconformance occurrences and, where necessary, raise a Nonconformance Report for noncompliant work and monitor the closeout and effectiveness of the correction and corrective action undertaken.
- Assist the QC Manager in undertaking periodic audits, including those of subcontractors and suppliers, particularly technical compliance audits in their field of specialization.
- Assist in the preparation of final documents for certification as required.
- Assist in the systems commissioning as required.
What you will need to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering.
- 15 years of related experience (ADNOC experience will be an advantage) in EPC projects.
- ISO 9001 Internal auditor certification.
- ASNT Level II in RT, UT, MT, and PT.
- CSWIP 3.2 certification.
- Hands-on experience in welding, NDT, and coating & painting.
- Good command in Project Quality auditing.
- O&G Projects experience.

- Has excellent organizational skills.
