Responsibilities:

• Supervising and controlling the execution of site works for Mechanical systems (like HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire protection systems, etc.).
• Review the Mechanical drawings along with Engineers and Inspectors, Reports & IFC documents provided by the Design Office and ensure completeness, correctness, Compliance with the scope of work and agreements requirements.
• Review of Contractors submissions like Materials Submittals, Subcontractor pre-qualifications, Method Statements, and assist in approvals of required materials.
• Coordination of works with other disciplines.
• Lead/Supervise Engineers and Inspectors during construction.
• Plans and analyses all possible construction methodologies and recommends the best options to the Project Manager for approval prior to execution at site.
• Interprets construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to execution of any jobs.
• Arrange and attend regular meetings with Clients and other stakeholders, as required in the project.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
• 12+ years of engineering experience or a similar role with a strong background in infrastructure projects.
• Experience in BIM and related software is preferred.
