Job Description

• Oversee complex mechanical repairs on a range of vehicles, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Diagnose mechanical issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques, providing clear and accurate reports for efficient repairs.
• Supervise and mentor junior mechanics, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Manage inventory and procurement of spare parts, balancing cost-effectiveness with the need for high-quality components.
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize vehicle downtime and enhance operational efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for an experienced Senior Garage Mechanic or Workshop Advisor who has at least 4+ years of UAE or Gulf experience and can work in a garage. The candidate should have knowledge of both small and heavy vehicles, managing inventory, troubleshooting, and the ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.

Educational Qualification

Any Diploma and graduation in Mechanical Engineering
