Developing commercial strategies to accelerate marketplace for each partner.
Setting financial targets, budgets, and incentives to support key partners.
Driving strategy and oversight of several marketplace e-commerce channels; responsible for the product/channel mix and optimization between marketplaces on a weekly basis.
Planning weekly, monthly, and annual forecasts for channels as well as item and category projections for inventory management.
Managing the relationship with key partners, including management of account expectations, forecasts, and individual account growth.
Collaborating with the As is Business team, CRM, and digital marketing on acquisition and retention to grow our share of business.
Defining a marketing calendar including promotions and product launches to monetize the marketplace.
Leading monthly business reviews with key partners; identifying growth opportunities.
Benchmarking and improving the UX in partnership with the product team.
Prioritizing initiatives based on expected ROI and shaping the product roadmap.
Being a positive ambassador of the broader e-commerce organization & culture.
What You'll Need To Succeed:
Preferred strong connections in the retail and beauty industry, commercial knowledge, including understanding margins, contracts, and merchant/brand relationships.
Technical experience with marketplace software, specifically Mirakl, and P&L ownership experience.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Ability to handle commercial negotiations.
Knowledge of logistics, customer service, and legal constraints within a marketplace environment.
