Senior Marketing Manager - On | Mizzen International, Seddiqi Holding

Seddiqi Holding is a Family-owned and managed company with a unique, diversified portfolio of businesses and brands across numerous sectors. The business includes Ahmed Seddiqi & Sons, Seddiqi Properties, Swiss Watch Services and Mizzen.

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who will be responsible for defining the long-range marketing vision for On in GCC and Jordan within the assigned budget. The successful candidate will be exploring and proposing brand marketing plans in alignment with the On Brand Marketing team; see through this vision to execute in partnership with other internal key stakeholders, seeking to raise the bar on how we drive credibility, connection, and action with our customers and our communities. This person will be a visionary leader to the marketing team, providing direction, guidance, and coaching to ensure consistent execution of all Marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic:

  • Set the Vision: Define a 3-year strategic marketing plan that syncs product, marketing, and commercial interests.
  • Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
  • Develop creative marketing strategies in line with the Brand playbook to make an impact, support On growth, and help increase sales, gross margins, and market share targets.
  • Contribute to developing and implementing strategies to continually increase traffic to the company's website and stores and build the customer database.
  • Be the voice and guardian of the Brand and consumers in all relevant key meetings.
  • Develop comprehensive Brand marketing communication and activation plans for significant projects, events, and marketing initiatives, executing each proposed component. This will include preparing campaign briefs and plans for agency partners and managing those campaigns.
  • Leverage internal support from the Marketing team and On global marketing and driving collaboration.
  • Ensure planning and execution of appealing and impactful retail environments through effective space planning, curated product presentation, and styling.
  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.

Managing Teams:

  • Train and direct team members on the job to ensure that activities are executed and handled efficiently, as per requirements.
  • Oversee the day-to-day activities of the digital and social functions, including planning, updating, and working with external parties to maintain the various platforms.
  • Monitor budgets to ensure that the expenses are kept within established boundaries.

In order to be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent in International Business/ Marketing / Mass Communication.
  • 10+ years job related experience.
  • Familiar with different forms of affiliated marketing, social networking, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Extensive knowledge of fashion trends and styles.
  • Knowledge in the marketing of fashion or Sports segment.
