Job description

The Senior Marketing Manager will spearhead our marketing efforts across the Middle East, developing and executing strategies that elevate our brand and drive substantial business growth. This role demands a seasoned professional adept at managing multifaceted marketing campaigns, orchestrating high-impact events, leveraging digital platforms, and leading a dynamic team. You'll collaborate closely with our Regional Marketing Director to deliver our strategies successfully as well as with our global marketing teams. Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Marketing Planning :

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives to drive growth in the Middle East.
  2. Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics.
  3. Craft detailed marketing plans incorporating both traditional and digital channels.

Digital Marketing :

  1. Lead all digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and PPC campaigns.
  2. Utilize analytics to assess campaign performance and optimize for superior ROI.
  3. Manage the company's online presence, ensuring consistent and engaging brand messaging across all digital platforms.

Event Management :

  1. Plan, execute, and manage a range of marketing events, from large-scale conferences and trade shows to intimate customer gatherings.
  2. Oversee event logistics, including budgeting, vendor negotiations, and promotional activities.
  3. Conduct post-event analyses to measure success and identify improvement areas.
  4. Work with our vendors Sitecore & Salesforce to execute joint events and campaigns.

Team Leadership :

  1. Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of marketing professionals.
  2. Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
  3. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Collaboration with Sales :

  1. Partner closely with the sales team to develop strategies that support sales objectives and enhance customer acquisition.
  2. Provide marketing materials and support to facilitate lead generation and conversion.
  3. Align marketing campaigns with sales goals to ensure cohesive execution and maximum impact.

Reporting and Analytics :

  1. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  2. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, offering insights and actionable recommendations.
  3. Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools to monitor and report on campaign performance.

Content Creation and Management :

  1. Develop and oversee content strategies that engage and resonate with target audiences.
  2. Manage the creation of high-quality content, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and more.
  3. Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and supports marketing objectives.

Qualifications :

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 6+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on the Middle East region.
  3. Extensive experience in digital marketing, event management, content creation, and team leadership.
  4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, digital analytics platforms, and project management software.
  8. Up-to-date knowledge of the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
