The purpose of the role is to assist the Head of Marketing in strategizing and developing all marketing communications in alignment with the electric mobility brand positioning. It involves leading and providing innovative marketing strategies and implementations for an electric automotive brand across all channels and touchpoints. The goal is to support business objectives for new car sales, enhance brand image and customer perception, increase brand equity, and support price premium.
What you will do:
Define and manage brand positioning to increase brand power in collaboration with the central UAE marketing team.
Develop advertising campaigns, media plans, and contact strategy.
Direct offline and digital media including website and social media strategy and development.
Manage owned media such as point of sale and local special events for branches.
Develop and pilot marketing efficiency monitoring.
Manage and administrate all Electric Mobility marketing expenses.
Define and develop all Electric Mobility events for internal and external stakeholders, including media.
Create and maintain effective synergy between all internal departments and external parties, including ad-hoc support to the relevant parties and sustain overall supervision of the team’s deliverables and other administrative activities.
Lead marketing performance efficiency.
Regularly review and analyze key performance indicators like return on investment, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
Plan, execute, and measure marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies based on performance data to improve outcomes.
Continuously seek and implement innovative marketing methods and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Prepare comprehensive reports on marketing performance, detailing successes, challenges, and insights derived from various campaigns and initiatives.

Reporting to the Retail Director and will work closely with broader internal and external stakeholders.
What equips you for the role:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing.
10 years+ experience in brand, marketing, and product within the Automotive/Mobility industry.
Brand expert with experience in building brand equity, particularly in new markets with new high-value products.
Previous experience in high-growth businesses and start-ups is highly preferable.
Experience delivering strategies with a high customer-centric approach that are customer relationship driven and has developed effective customer relationship and community management programs.
Experience of digital-first marketing strategies.
Experience with product planning, pricing, sales, advertising offline and online.
