Job Overview:

We are actively seeking a dynamic and innovative Senior Marketing Executive with a strong background in Social Media to become a key member of our Marketing Operations team. This role is pivotal in steering our digital marketing strategy, offering seamless communication and innovative campaign ideas. As the principal contact for all social media inquiries, you will coordinate efforts between our internal marketing team and social media partner.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee Social Media Campaigns: Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive social media marketing strategy that includes promoting TV shows from MBC channels (catch-up) and exclusive online streaming content such as licensed Arabic, Turkish, and Western content, as well as Shahid Original titles. Additionally, manage social media campaigns for brand initiatives, events, and other marketing efforts.
  2. Coordinate Cross-Departmental Social Media Activities: Work closely with various marketing departments—Brand Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Creative—to ensure seamless execution of the social media marketing plan across all platforms.
  3. Support Social Media Marketing Activities: Assist and collaborate with different marketing departments in the planning and implementation of social media campaigns, ensuring that all activities align with the overall marketing strategy and goals.
  4. Manage Ad-Hoc Social Media Projects: Independently manage and execute ad-hoc social media marketing initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the desired outcomes.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Marketing
  2. 3-4 Years experience working for social media agencies
  3. Passion for Social Media Marketing: A strong desire to continually enhance your skills in social media marketing and be part of the evolving digital video entertainment landscape for Arab audiences globally.
  4. Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and how each platform can be optimally utilized.
  5. Strong Organizational and Project Management Skills: Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize social media activities based on both short- and long-term needs. You should be able to adapt quickly to changing timelines, budgets, and resource availability.
