Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy Development:
  2. Assist the Head of Marketing with developing and executing comprehensive B2B marketing strategies to support business growth and increase brand presence in target markets.
  3. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment of marketing and sales efforts, leading to higher lead conversion rates.
  4. Oversee the CRM lead management on Zoho.
  5. Website Content Updates and Testing:
  6. Regularly update and optimize website content to ensure it aligns with current marketing initiatives and industry standards.
  7. Conduct testing and ensure website elements are fully optimized for performance and conversion.
  8. Manage relationships with external suppliers for design, branding, and campaign-related projects.
  9. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, while maintaining high-quality standards.
  10. Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, SEO, Google Ads, etc.) to generate B2B leads and enhance brand awareness.
  11. Create and manage content calendars, including planning for landing pages, articles, social media posts, email campaigns, and video/image creation.
  12. Design or re-design industry reports and other key marketing collateral.
  13. Manage multiple marketing projects at once, ensuring all are executed seamlessly across various channels and stakeholders.
  14. Work closely with the marketing team to support ongoing projects and campaigns.
  15. Create and optimize SEO-friendly content for various platforms, including landing pages, blog articles, and social media content.
  16. Implement strategies for improving organic search visibility and performance.
  17. Design, plan, and execute email marketing campaigns targeting B2B clients.
  18. Develop and manage social media campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, including copywriting, image/video creation, and performance tracking.
  19. Experience in running paid campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and WhatsApp to engage B2B audiences.
  20. Use data-driven insights to optimize ongoing marketing efforts and campaigns.
  21. Track and report on key performance metrics, including engagement, leads, and conversion rates.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on content strategies.
  3. Proven ability to oversee successful SEO, email, and social media campaigns.
  4. Experience with SEO-optimized content creation (landing pages, articles, blogs, social media posts).
  5. Proficiency with Google Ads campaigns, and experience managing social media ad campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and WhatsApp.
  6. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  7. Experience with campaign management tools like LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Facebook Ads Manager.
  8. Hands-on experience managing content calendars, planning campaigns, and collaborating on creative assets.
  9. Strong understanding of digital marketing, marketing terms, and performance metrics.
  10. Email campaign management and experience with platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Marketo.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  1. Design skills in Adobe InDesign/Photoshop and experience creating visually engaging marketing materials.
  2. Canva experience for creating quick, engaging graphics for social media and campaign purposes.
  3. Strong copywriting skills, particularly for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other professional platforms.
  4. Experience with content creation for landing pages, blog posts, and social media content.
