The Marketing Senior Executive will provide marketing and administrative support to the Marketing Team in the planning, executing and evaluating of all marketing initiatives within the UAE, ensuring campaign objectives are exceeded. Working closely with the marketing leadership, the Marketing Senior Executive will execute all administrative requirements including all team administrative requirements and other ad-hoc strategic initiatives where relevant. Act as a key liaison for the destinations strategic external and internal relationships.
Job Scope
Marketing Support
Lead on all productions for marketing campaigns for the UAE market.
Support the Head of Marketing with campaign rollout and stakeholder management.
Support the Head of Marketing and the Loyalty team with the execution of communications and marketing campaigns across all channels (owned, earned, paid) with a key focus on achieving positive return on investment against campaign spend.
Work alongside the Head of Creative Services / external agency to curate a full roll-out/adaptation of the creative across all mediums, ensuring each execution meets the creative objectives and all assets are delivered on time.
Managing the marketing master calendar and distributing updates to the wider team.
Campaign amplification.
Other ad-hoc strategic initiatives as and when required.
Organizing on-ground activations.
Conduct regular audits of all B2C/B marketing material to ensure all assets are in line with brand guidelines, ensuring all B2C/B parties adhere to contractual IP rules and regulations and internal brand standards.
Support the team to develop and execute cross-platform audience engagement and owned channel marketing programs for the destination to help drive conversion. Utilize a data-informed approach that considers audience behaviour to optimize campaign performance.
Relationship Management / Operational Support:
Attend stakeholder meetings and support the Head of Marketing on building and maintaining relationships with strategic partners (IP's, Miral Group, existing sponsors, and partners).
Support the team with any required assistance across all marketing functions (Strategy, Planning, Operations, and Content).
Perform other miscellaneous support functions as required.
Commercial & Reporting:
Drive destination and Yas Annual Pass attendance, revenue, and per capita to meet annual business forecast across all segments.
Deliver and implement successful strategic initiatives as required.
Create reports and documents as needed.
Assist with managing the team's Annual Leave Calendar to ensure the information is up to date and correct at all times.
Maintain the department's files, including housekeeping of supplier contracts.
Order and maintain the team's collateral for giveaways and prizes.
Order the team's stationery to ensure the team is equipped with necessary items.
Organize logistics required for meetings, conferences, and special events.
Maintain department team member records in Kronos, Oracle, and Maximo.
Perform Assembly Point Coordinator duties.

Educated to degree level or equivalent in Marketing.
Minimum 3 years of Marketing experience.
