● Conceptualize, plan and execute creative campaigns for the Brand.
● Plan content for social media to boost brand awareness and engagement that resonate with target audiences.
● Identify and engage with influencers and content creators to collaborate on campaigns and enhance brand visibility.
● Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with influencers, content creators, and agencies.
● Mentor in-house social media team, providing guidance and feedback on content.
● Develop and manage budgets for social media campaigns, including influencer partnerships and content production costs.
● Compile regular reports of campaign performance and results.
● Hardworking and enthusiastic, with initiative and ability to multitask.
● Able to work in a fast-paced environment and on multiple projects at one time.
● Able to work under pressure and possess great project management skills to adhere to deadlines.
● Some experience in Brand Marketing Communications in the agency, retail, or FMCG industry would be an advantage.
● Must have strong analytical and reporting skills.
● Driving License: Preferable
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
● 5+ years of marketing and social media experience, preferably in F&B, retail, or agency.
● Strong project management, communication, and creative skills.
● Proficient in marketing tools and platforms.
