The Senior Market Research Analyst will be responsible for helping the company develop or maintain a competitive edge by finding and delivering data-backed insights into potential markets, competitors, and even customer behavior. Reporting to the Betterhomes Marketing Manager, the Senior Market Research Analyst will play an important role in helping the Company achieve its vision and strategic profit objectives.

You will be responsible for:

To be successful, the candidate must be very competent in in-depth research and analysis on the Dubai real estate market and must develop a collaborative work ethic between all departments. Accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Conduct in-depth research and analysis on the Dubai real estate market, including property trends, competitor activities, and economic indicators.
2. Collect and analyse quantitative and qualitative data to provide insights into market conditions, investment opportunities, and risk factors.
3. Develop and maintain databases, reports, and dashboards to track key performance.
4. Compile the quarterly market report by gathering, analysing, and verifying data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
5. Complete monthly white papers on topics outlined in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information on upcoming projects, market demand, and customer preferences.
7. Monitor and assess global and regional economic trends, regulatory changes, and their potential impact on the real estate industry.
8. Stay up to date with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and innovative methodologies to enhance research capabilities.
9. Support business development initiatives by providing data-driven insights to identify new market opportunities and optimise existing strategies.
10. Assist in the preparation of feasibility studies, investment memos, and other documentation required for decision-making processes.
11. Engage with the Public Relations department to craft compelling press releases aimed at Tier One media, leveraging data insights to create attention-grabbing headlines.

Other company-related duties that may be assigned by the Betterhomes Marketing Manager, CEO, or Senior Management that are consistent with the department and Company mandate.

What you'll need to succeed:

1. Proven experience as a Research Analyst in the real estate sector, preferably in Dubai.
2. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation, statistical analysis, and financial modeling.
3. Excellent knowledge of research methodologies, databases, and market analysis tools.
4. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software.
5. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
6. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Familiarity with Dubai real estate regulations, market dynamics, and industry trends.
8. Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
9. Knowledge of real estate terminology, market dynamics, and industry-specific trends is a plus.
