Senior Manager – Targets & Performance

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic performance frameworks to track and optimize organizational targets.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business effectiveness and alignment with strategic goals.
• Analyze performance data, generate insights, and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Lead initiatives to improve data-driven decision-making and reporting accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure performance metrics are integrated into business planning.
• Oversee the development of dashboards and performance reports for senior management.
• Conduct benchmarking exercises to compare performance metrics with industry standards.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts by identifying gaps and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure alignment between organizational objectives and long-term strategic vision.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• 8-12 years of experience in performance management, strategic planning, or a related field.
• Arabic Speaker would be a plus.
• Strong expertise in KPI development, data analytics, and performance tracking.
• Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
• Experience working in large organizations, preferably in a government or corporate setting.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in performance management tools, business intelligence software, and data visualization platforms.
