Job Overview:

Here's your chance to step into the role of Sponsorship and Partnership Manager at Dubai Holding Entertainment. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

• Sponsorship Strategy: Develop and execute the sponsorship strategy across Dubai Holding Entertainment’s portfolio, identifying new opportunities and maximizing revenue potential through innovative partnerships.
• Partnership Management: Oversee the management of key sponsorship accounts, ensuring satisfaction and high retention rates through excellent service, communication, and value creation.
• Brand Alignment: Ensure that sponsorships are aligned with the brand values and objectives of both Dubai Holding Entertainment and the sponsors, optimizing exposure and engagement across all touchpoints.
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging sponsorship opportunities to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
• Industry Event Representation: Attend and represent Dubai Holding Entertainment at key industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network, identify new business opportunities, and stay updated on the latest trends in sponsorship and entertainment.
• Internal Meetings & Alignment: Organize and lead regular internal meetings with the marketing team to align sponsorship strategies, upcoming campaigns, and event calendars.
• CRM System Management: Oversee and manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track and manage all sponsor interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on current and potential sponsors.
• Execution & Delivery: Work closely with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of sponsorship activations and deliverables, from contract signing to final execution.
