Role: Senior Manager - Project Delivery UAEN Talent Pool

Location: Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the end-to-end delivery of residential building projects, ensuring timely and quality completion.
2. Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning and design to execution and handover, with a focus on built-to-sell developments.
3. Manage cross-functional teams, including contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders, to ensure alignment with project objectives.
4. Drive the implementation of best practices in construction management, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
5. Report to senior management on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
2. A minimum of 12+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with at least 2-3 years in a director-level role.
3. Proven track record in delivering residential building projects for a developer, specifically in Dubai.
4. Strong background in construction, with hands-on experience in managing project delivery from start to finish.
