Job description

We are looking for a Senior Manager-Media to join the team of our client, who is one of the largest luxury hospitality and retail groups in the region.

The ideal candidate will leverage deep media expertise to drive brand awareness, consideration, and conversion, managing significant budgets across global markets.

This position has a contract duration of 12 months and is renewable based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Media Strategy & Campaign Management
    • Lead the execution of large-scale, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
    • Drive brand visibility while supporting different department business objectives.
    • Optimize multi-million-dollar media investments across international markets.
    • Implement corporate-funded initiatives and pilot campaigns to improve performance.
  2. Creative Development & Management
    • Collaborate with creative teams to develop and optimize campaign assets.
    • Ensure creative meets specifications, timelines, and market localization needs.
    • Drive performance through data-driven creative optimization and A/B testing.
    • Maintain brand consistency across all media placements.
  3. Team & Stakeholder Management
    • Manage and mentor an Assistant Manager while coordinating with internal teams.
    • Act as a key liaison for media buying and reporting processes.
    • Build strong relationships with media partners, agencies, and auditors.
    • Facilitate smooth execution of campaigns in collaboration with partners like Google and Meta.
  4. Analytics & Reporting
    • Partner with analytics teams to enhance dashboards and tracking mechanisms.
    • Translate performance metrics into actionable insights to guide strategy.
    • Ensure proper attribution and reporting for all media platforms.

Market Focus:

  • Key markets include the Middle East, Europe, Americas, and Asia.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of media planning and buying experience, preferably with an agency background.
  • Proven success in managing large-scale marketing campaigns and budgets.
  • Deep understanding of digital and traditional media platforms, tracking, and attribution.
  • Experience in luxury, aviation, or retail industries.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • Expertise in creative optimization, A/B testing, and performance marketing.
  • Ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
  • Skilled in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactive problem-solving with strategic thinking and clear communication.

Availability:

Preference will be given to candidates available immediately or a maximum of 30 days after accepting the offer.
