About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager - Marketing (Tourism & Hospitality) to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive visitor engagement, brand awareness, and business growth within the tourism and hospitality sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to the tourism and hospitality industry.

• Lead integrated campaigns to promote destinations, hotels, and tourism experiences.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including government entities and travel partners.

• Monitor industry trends and consumer behavior to optimize marketing efforts.

• Ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and business objectives.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A postgraduate degree is a plus.

• 8-10 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on tourism and hospitality.

• Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.

• Strong network within the UAE’s tourism and hospitality industry.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
