Senior Manager Marketing and Corporate Sales

We are looking for Senior Manager Marketing & Corporate Sales with a Healthcare background to work with a reputed Healthcare Group in UAE.

Qualification: MBA

Experience: 12+ years

Should have extensive experience in the Healthcare Industry; UAE experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and implementing marketing & sales strategies
• Maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions
• Partner with the sales team to define and implement effective targeting & gather inputs to drive hospital services
• Building strategic relationships and partnerships with key industry players
• Formulate brand plans and propose various marketing strategies to increase footfall
• Key focus on market share enhancement initiatives of the hospital
• Manage major yearly initiatives, awards & recognitions
• Facilitate community referrals
• Corporate empanelment & relations
• Manage visiting doctors' empanelment & relations
• Coordinate CSR corporate events
• Coordinate with PR & communications
• Manage digital media
• Agency coordination
• Reach out to new target audiences
• Work collaboratively with the leadership team of the organization
