Your missions :

1. Draft and review corporate governance code, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with CB regulatory requirements.
2. Collaborate with General Counsel and Board Secretary (GCBS) and senior management to establish corporate governance objectives and initiatives.
3. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of corporate governance practices in the Bank and recommend enhancements as needed.
4. Provide guidance and support to departments across the Bank on corporate governance matters.
