Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a compelling brand strategy to enhance the company's image and reputation in the real estate market.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all marketing channels to strengthen brand recognition and differentiation.
  • Manage the repositioning of the Company projected brand in alignment with the Company’s Mission and Vision.
  • Create and maintain the company’s brand guidelines to ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all marketing channels and collateral.
  • Guide the planning and customer experience team to conduct market research and gain insights into customer preferences, trends, and industry competitors.
  • Collaborate closely with the planning and customer experience team to develop target audience profiles and archetypes for brand and projects.
  • Plan, manage and execute project and brand creative campaigns that align with the brand's identity, positioning, and target audience in collaboration with ATL (Above the Line) agencies to create world-class campaigns that effectively promote the Company’s brand and projects.
  • Develop a strong and unique brand identity for new projects in alignment with the company's brand identity; including creating captivating project names, designing distinctive logos, and strategically positioning these projects in the market.
  • Work closely with the media agency to utilize various marketing channels, such as digital advertising, OOH (Out of Home) media, print, radio, and TV, to launch campaign(s) and reach audiences locally and globally.
  • Supervise and ensure that the work produced by the BTL (Below the Line) agency and the Company’s in-house marketing production team aligns with the brand identity and meets the highest standards of world-class quality.
  • Manage the planning and execution of world-class creative campaigns managed by the ATL (Above the Line) agency to promote the brand and the projects, targeting specific audiences and demographics.
  • Manage contracts, retainers, and budget utilization on an ongoing basis with ATL, BTL, and brand agencies, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Provide clear and concise briefs to creative agencies, outlining campaign goals, target audience, messaging, and desired outcomes.
  • Review and provide feedback on creative concepts, designs, and copywriting to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Coordinate with creative agencies on the production of campaign materials, including advertisements, graphics, videos, and other creative assets, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
  • Conduct regular meetings and discussions with creative agencies to brainstorm ideas, address challenges, and evaluate campaign progress.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as engagement rates, conversion rates, and return on investment, and use insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Foster a strong working relationship with the creative agency, maintaining open lines of communication and providing clear direction and guidance.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in marketing and advertising, sharing relevant insights with the creative agency.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Advertisement or Visual Communications; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Any Marketing/Brand Management certification - preferred.
  • Min 8-10 years of experience in Brand and Marketing campaigns.
  • Skilled in planning, executing, and managing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong strategic thinking abilities to develop and execute successful branding strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to manage budgets for branding and marketing activities and allocate resources effectively.
  • Well-versed in brand management principles and best practices.
  • Proven leadership skills to manage and mentor marketing teams.
  • Ability to collaborate with creative agencies to produce world-class campaigns that align with brand strategy and objectives.
  • Strong financial management skills to develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective spending.
  • Exhibit extreme attention to detail and maintain a zero-error mindset.
  • Strong and determined attitude to meticulously plan and execute exceptional creative and brand work.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
