Senior Manager _ Market Place
Job description
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the overall strategy for marketplace channels (Noon, Talabat, Careem, Instashop, Deliveroo, etc.) to achieve sales targets.
- Identify new opportunities to increase brand presence and maximize revenue on marketplace platforms.
- Monitor marketplace trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Analyze and interpret data from multiple sources to improve sales performance, ROAS, and customer engagement.
- Monitor KPIs, including sales performance, customer ratings, and product visibility, to ensure targets are met.
- Report on channel performance to executive leadership, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
- Oversee the listing, content optimization, and pricing strategies for all products on various marketplaces.
- Partner with supply chain and inventory management teams to ensure adequate stock levels and prevent stockouts.
- Manage product launches in line with seasonal and promotional peaks.
- Cultivate strong relationships with marketplace partners and representatives to maximize visibility and promotional opportunities.
- Negotiate terms, fees, and promotional placements with marketplace vendors.
- Lead a team of marketplace executives, providing mentorship, performance feedback, and development opportunities.
- Promote a positive team environment that encourages accountability, innovation, and high performance.
