Position Title: Senior Manager – Managerial Accounting

Salary: up to 8K USD all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client: One of Sudan’s oldest and most trusted Islamic banks, known for its strong reputation both locally and internationally.

Job Description:

1. Prepare periodic managerial package about bank performance analysis; actual results versus budget, market share trend, profitability analysis for bank and business sectors within the bank.
2. Design and prepare profitability analysis for business sectors, products, and branches by using best practices for cost allocation methods and FTP methods.
3. Design and supervise the bank budget process, coordinate and participate with all bank units.
4. Develop and oversee financial systems and procedures and identify opportunities to improve these.

Qualifications:

1. Open to Arabic nationalities
2. Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field; master’s degree will be preferred
3. Minimum 10 years of extensive work experience in the financial and banking sector, preferably with an international bank.
4. Ability to create and utilize best-practice management and leadership styles
