Senior Manager - Maintenance

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Preparing and forecasting yearly maintenance budget for the Starch Factory.
2. Customer Service (Internal) - Execute predictive/preventive maintenance plans to eliminate equipment breakdowns & minimize downtimes to keep plant in optimum operating condition & achieve higher plant productivity.
3. Monitor annual maintenance contractors to ensure maintenance of plant & equipment is carried out in accordance with maintenance contracts to ensure the smooth operation of the plant.
4. Develop the roadmap for the implementation of Operational Excellence program for maintenance.
