Senior Manager - Landside Urban Planning

Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Manager for Landside Urban Planning who will be responsible for overseeing urban planning projects related to airport and environmental planning.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor or Master of Science (MSc) in Urban Planning, Architecture, or Civil Engineering, or an MBA with Urban Planning and Project Management experience.
2. Expert knowledge of airport/urban/environmental planning practices and procedures, with a strong background in Master Planning and related studies.
3. Expert knowledge of urban planning and design standards, circulars, and recommended practices, as well as compliance with national laws.
4. Knowledge of AutoCAD, GIS, and/or other urban planning, design, and simulation applications.
5. Previous experience with Abu Dhabi regulatory authorities, such as the Department of Municipalities and Transport rules and guidelines is beneficial.
6. Strong analytical, presentation, and writing skills.
