Job description

Job Purpose:

Lead and manage HR strategies to improve employee satisfaction, retain talent, and support organizational growth. Ensure HR policies and services meet high standards and align with the institute&aposs goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in Human Resources (required)
  • Masters in Business Administration (preferred)
  • Professional HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM)

Experience:

  • 10 years in HR, with 5 years in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws

  • Fluent in English and Arabic

Main Duties:

  • Lead and oversee the HR department and its teams
  • Develop and apply HR policies and procedures
  • Manage payroll, employee services, and personnel files
  • Oversee recruitment, ensuring it aligns with staffing plans and budgets
  • Implement training and development programs
  • Support Emiratization and career progression planning
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal policies
  • Handle grievance and disciplinary procedures
  • Provide monthly HR reports to leadership
  • Represent HR in committees and strategic discussions
