Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of Human Resources to lead and oversee critical HR functions within our organization. This role will play a pivotal part in ensuring a seamless employee experience, managing essential HR processes, and supporting the organization’s goals through strategic people management.
Responsibilities
- Employee Onboarding:
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including coordination of visa arrangements, security screenings, and documentation.
- Ensure new hires are seamlessly integrated into the organization, fostering a welcoming and efficient onboarding experience.
- Benefits Administration:
- Oversee the management and administration of employee benefits such as insurance and other welfare programs.
- Collaborate with external vendors to secure competitive rates and ensure optimal employee benefits.
- Performance Management:
- Drive the organization’s performance review processes to ensure fair and constructive feedback mechanisms.
- Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on setting goals, measuring performance, and developing career growth plans.
- Employee Relations:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to address employee concerns, disputes, and grievances promptly and effectively.
- Manage sensitive situations such as disciplinary actions and terminations in compliance with legal and organizational policies.
- Compliance and Policies:
- Ensure HR practices align with local labor laws, company policies, and industry standards.
- Regularly update and maintain HR policies to reflect evolving business needs and regulatory changes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are a plus.
- Minimum of 10-12 years of progressive HR experience in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of onboarding, employee benefits, and performance management processes.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with employees at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to handle employee disputes and terminations with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems for streamlined operations.
