Looking for a leadership role as Senior Manager HR to work with a reputed Healthcare group in UAE.
Education: MBA with a minimum of 15 years of experience managing HR functions.
Candidate from the Healthcare Industry is preferred.

Job Description:
- Partner with the Group HR Director to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.
- Possess good experience in managing HR operations, payroll, recruitment, training, and HR compliance.
- Maintain HR systems and processes; should have experience in HRMS implementation.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, procedures, and timely updates on employment laws.
- Design and implement employee retention strategies.
- Develop training materials and performance management programs to ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.
- Conduct performance and salary reviews.
- Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on the latest market research.
- Investigate employee issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution.
- Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently; formulate and update as needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
