Looking for a leadership role as Senior Manager HR to work with a reputed Healthcare group in UAE.


Education: MBA with a minimum of 15 years of experience managing HR functions.

Candidate from the Healthcare Industry is preferred.

Job Location: Dubai


Job Description:

  1. Partner with the Group HR Director to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.
  2. Possess good experience in managing HR operations, payroll, recruitment, training, and HR compliance.
  3. Maintain HR systems and processes; should have experience in HRMS implementation.
  4. Strong knowledge of HR practices, procedures, and timely updates on employment laws.
  5. Design and implement employee retention strategies.
  6. Develop training materials and performance management programs to ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.
  7. Conduct performance and salary reviews.
  8. Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on the latest market research.
  9. Investigate employee issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution.
  10. Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently; formulate and update as needed.
  11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  12. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  13. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  14. High level of integrity and professionalism.
