Senior Manager Continuous Process Improvement

Location – Abu Dhabi

UAE Driving License Required

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Senior Manager – Continuous Process Improvement to lead initiatives that drive operational efficiency by increasing appointments and reducing no-shows, identifying cost saving and revenue growth opportunities through process optimization. The role involves analysing existing customer touchpoint processes to identify improvement opportunities and converting them into multiple value creating projects using the Kaizen and other continuous improvement methodologies. The successful candidate will have a digital-first mindset and engage with senior leadership, build strong business cases, and drive impactful change across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process Analysis & Optimization:
    • Map processes and conduct end-to-end assessments of existent customer contact processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
    • Use methodologies such as Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma, and Value Stream Mapping to design and implement process enhancement projects.
    • Develop and maintain a pipeline of improvement projects aimed at reducing costs and driving revenue growth.
  2. Cost Savings & Revenue Growth Initiatives:
    • Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process automation, and workflow optimization.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and increase revenue streams.
    • Track and measure the financial impact of implemented process improvements.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement & Business Case Development:
    • Engage with senior leadership to align process improvement initiatives with business objectives.
    • Develop and present detailed business cases, including cost-benefit analyses, to secure stakeholder buy-in for proposed projects.
    • Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress, outcomes, and ROI.
  4. Project Management & Execution:
    • Lead multiple improvement projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes.
    • Use modern project management tools to track progress, risks, and results.
    • Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.
  5. Methodology & Tools Mastery:
    • Utilize the latest tools and methodologies for process analysis and automation (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, BPM tools, RPA, and process mining software).
    • Implement Lean Six Sigma principles and facilitate Kaizen workshops across departments.
    • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in process improvement.
