Senior Manager Compensation Benefits

One of the Dubai based Global MNC is searching for a high caliber Total Rewards Professional for their Group COE.

Candidate will be reporting to the Group Director Rewards.

Job Location is Dubai.

Responsibilities

Partners with leadership to strategize on how best to leverage total rewards programs to meet organizational objectives, optimize our ability to attract and retain top talent. Provides leadership in the design, development, implementation, administration, and communication of our Compensation programs including Annual Incentive plans, short term & Long-term bonus plans, etc.

Qualifications

Post graduate degree/MBA in Human Resource from top business schools and 12+ years of work experience in designing & managing end to end compensation plans.
