Senior Legal Counsel – Corporate/Commercial – Abu Dhabi

We are working with a leading government entity based in Abu Dhabi that is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join the team.

In this role, you will be reporting directly to the CLO in a position of seniority, and playing a pivotal role in the legal affairs for the department. Key responsibilities include drafting legal agreements and contracts as well as MoU’s. There is also an expectation that candidates will be able to provide assistance on contentious matters and litigation relating to post-transactional work.

It is essential that you have an Emirati legal qualification, with at least 8 years’ experience coming from an international law firm or in-house organisation.
