SENIOR LEGAL COUNSEL

This role involves managing contentious and non-contentious legal matters, including litigation, arbitration, and mediation for major projects.

Provide legal advice, manage litigation, draft contracts, ensure compliance with laws, and support business objectives while collaborating with stakeholders.

Provide expert legal advice on contracts, risk mitigation, and compliance while supporting business operations and managing external counsel.

Advise on privacy and data protection laws, manage stakeholder relationships, and provide training while demonstrating expertise in regional regulations and commercial acumen.

Provide legal guidance in healthcare regulations, manage legal risks, and support business teams with expertise in insurance and compliance in the Middle East.

ROLE PURPOSE
