Micah Solutions FZE is excited to invite applications for the role of Executive Assistant-Finance to join our esteemed client's finance team. This position is integral in providing high-level administrative support to senior financial executives, facilitating efficient operations within the finance department. If you are highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the executive's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments effectively.
  2. Prepare and organize financial reports, presentations, and other documents for meetings.
  3. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  4. Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for finance executives.
  5. Assist in the preparation and planning of departmental projects and initiatives.
  6. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the finance executives.
  7. Maintain an organized filing system and ensure the smooth operation of the finance office.
  8. Stay up to date on finance procedures and regulations to support the team efficiently.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in finance or accounting roles.
  3. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and financial software.
  6. Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience working in a corporate finance or investment environment.
  2. Familiarity with financial reporting and accounting principles.
  3. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
