Senior Legal Counsel

Our client is a robust and prestigious real estate developer with assets and investments in both the UAE as well as internationally. They boast a portfolio of impressive luxury commercial buildings and residential units with a solid pipeline of projects.

They would like to hire an experienced lawyer to oversee their corporate commercial matters, projects, and fund administration.

Experience:

• 7-10 years PQE from a combination of both private practice and in-house.
• Solid understanding of UAE laws with regards to project management, real estate development, and/or construction experience.
• REIT experience highly preferable.
