Senior Legal Counsel

Job Description• Reporting to the COO who is also a Lawyer, the appointee will be responsible for advising on all legal and regulatory aspects for the Family Office• Advising on all legal aspects of transactions, discretionary asset management relations and business projects related to Family Office and be responsible for assisting with risk management in this regard.• The ideal individual will have legal experience in the family office setting, and/or M&A, and/or private equity, and/or fund investments, and/or government/sovereign investment practice.• Coordinating and interacting with internal and international stakeholders, audit firms and local and international law firms will be required.• Advising on corporate governance and compliance with pre-existing and new regulations.• Analyzing complex legal issues and providing consistent sound judgment to the business while balancing business imperatives with legal risk
