We are looking to hire an experienced Senior Landscape Architect for Post Contract Services (Site Based) who will act as the key coordination point between clients, consultants, local authorities, and contractors.
The role will be responsible for reviewing contractor's submittals, attending site meetings, carrying out inspections, resolving design issues, and assisting the Resident Engineer in managing the landscape construction works.
Primary Activities:
Manage post-contract tasks successfully from award to the end of Defect Liability Period (DLP) coordinating all stages and aspects of a project.
Manage multi-disciplinary project teams to ensure deliverables are completed in accordance with the design, technical, and financial terms of the project contract and to the client's satisfaction.
Lead the post-contract project team and coordinate the contract administration of the project to ensure successful completion of projects as per project brief, timelines, and budget.
Coordinate meetings as necessary with clients, consultants, contractors, and sub-consultants; prepare reports and sign all project correspondence.
Manage the internal project documentation and administration as per company standards, policies and procedures, and ERP systems.
Manage Change Management Procedures established for the project.
Assist in coordinating design changes as required by the client.
Report and record any safety issues observed on site and ensure compliance with the approved project HSE Manual.
Manage multiple landscape design projects of varying complexity, size, and value.
Good understanding of other related design, engineering, and construction disciplines.
Review project work performed by other engineers/disciplines.
Reading, writing, and interpretation of technical drawings and documentation, specifications, reports, proposals, contracts, and tender documents.
Demonstrate excellent software skills in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office. Knowledge of Sketch-Up, Lumion, Revit, Rhino is an added advantage.

Role Requirements:
University Degree Bachelors or equivalent in Landscape Architecture; CMLI or equivalent (preferred).
Minimum 8 years experience on sizeable landscape design projects including 2-3 years in the M.E./GCC.
High proficiency in spoken and written English; Arabic is an added advantage.
Physical ability and fitness to carry out site visits.
