Senior Landscape Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Landscape Architect to join our growing team of professionals. The Senior Landscape Architect will be responsible for overseeing all phases of the design process from concept development to project completion. This role requires a strong understanding of landscape architecture principles and a proven track record of delivering innovative and sustainable designs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design process for all landscape architecture projects, ensuring that the final product meets the highest quality standards and is delivered on time and within budget.
2. Collaborate with project managers and other team members to develop creative solutions that meet client needs and project objectives.
3. Conduct site analysis and develop design concepts that are responsive to the natural environment and incorporate sustainable design principles.
4. Prepare detailed design documents, including plans, sections, elevations, and construction details.
5. Manage and mentor junior landscape architects, providing guidance and support throughout the design process.
6. Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
7. Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and technology, and incorporate this knowledge into project designs and processes.
8. Participate in business development efforts, including attending client meetings, developing proposals, and presenting to potential clients.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
2. At least 8 years of experience in landscape architecture with a focus on high-end residential and commercial projects.
3. Strong design skills and a portfolio that demonstrates proficiency in all phases of the design process.
4. Extensive knowledge of landscape architecture principles and sustainable design practices.
5. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software.
6. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively with a team.
8. Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring junior staff.
9. Proven experience in client management and business development.
