Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Land Surveyor with over 10 years of experience in surveying and geospatial services to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing land surveying activities for various construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and execute land surveying activities, including boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and construction staking.
2. Utilize advanced surveying equipment and technology, such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanning, to collect accurate data.
3. Analyze survey data to produce detailed reports, maps, and drawings for project stakeholders.
4. Conduct field surveys to monitor construction progress and verify that work is completed.
5. Assist in the preparation of project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
6. Implement and oversee quality control measures for surveying work.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum 10+ years of experience in land surveying, with a focus on construction projects in the UAE.

Technical Skills:

1. Proficiency in surveying software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Surfer) and geographic information systems (GIS).
2. Strong knowledge of surveying principles, practices, and equipment.
3. Familiarity with local regulations and standards related to land surveying in the UAE.
