What You Will Be Doing

• Utilize analysis tools and RAG vector stores to detect, diagnose, and resolve product defects and bugs.
• Employ AI development agents to craft, develop, and deploy cutting-edge features for cloud-native applications.
• Collaborate with a global team to deliver top-tier, enterprise-grade software solutions.

Senior Java Developer Key Responsibilities

• Implement AI-enhanced features to optimize workflows and provide service providers with advanced tools.

Basic Requirements

• An AI-First Approach (if your instinct is to code first and then apply AI tools, rather than the opposite, this role isn't for you)
• 4+ years of experience in software development, emphasizing production code for server-side web applications
• Professional experience in developing highly reliable B2B software applications
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native development or serverless architectures, particularly with AWS
• Professional experience with GenAI code assistants (e.g., Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, v0.dev)
• Proven experience in implementing Generative AI solutions with significant quantitative results

Working with Crossover

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
