The Senior IT Support Engineer will be a key member of the IT department and provide advanced-level support, troubleshooting, and administration of the Microsoft 365 environment.
The role requires the candidate to handle complex technical issues, design and implement solutions for optimal performance, and lead escalations from the lower tiers of support. The role involves deep expertise in Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Azure Active Directory, Intune, Defender, CASB, DLP along with a focus on security, compliance, and automation.
Candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
Should be able to work both as part of a team and under their own initiative.
Should carry a positive attitude towards business problems.
